Starting a Street Food Revolution
In 2009, Chef Jeremiah decided to import something to Miami that was blowing up the West Coast: indie street food. He installed a kitchen in his vintage Airstream trailer, drew up a short but intriguing menu, and launched gastroPod Mobile Gourmet - the first of its kind. We developed the brand from scratch and had dozens of copycats within a year. Today there are more than 100 street food trucks in South Florida, and in 2014 Thrillist named gastroPod one of the 21 best food trucks in the nation.
